The Woman is accused of Rape when entering the house .

 News, Rampurhat: Police arrested a neighboring youth for allegedly raping a middle - aged woman in Chitaspur village of Rampurhat. 

The name of victim is Dodan Mal. His home is in Chitaspur. The victim was taken to Rampurhat court on Friday. Public lawyer Saikat Hatti said the judge had granted police custody three days. According to court sources, the husband of the forty - eight years died long ago. She lives with an old mother. It is alleged that Dodan entered his house at around 7:30 pm last Tuesday and gave something gas to his mouth. Then he raped the knife in the neck . 

Even  the woman's throat and mouth were cut off by trying to kill a woman. Later, when the old mother and neighbors came out of the house, the young man fled. The women was admitted to Rampurhat A Medical in a bloody state. The woman's mother returned home from the hospital on Thursday evening to the villagers. At night, the people of the village went to the young men's house. But he was not at home then. On receiving the news, the police came and calm the villagers. Police later arrested the accused on the basis of the women's complaint. The victim's family has demanded server punishment for the accused.
